Murray Bruce
Murray BruceManaging Director
With over 25 years of insurance industry experience, Murray established Bruce Insurance in 2005. Holding a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), he is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Murray is also a Responsible Officer with a Financial Services Licence from ASIC.

Chris Earle
Chris EarleOperations Manager and Life Adviser
Chris joined Bruce Life in 2013 and brings a wealth of experience in the life insurance and wealth management industry. He began his career in South Africa before emigrating to Australia in 2000.

He specialises in providing continuation and succession planning strategies for SME business and can provide advice on a wide range of life insurance products and in 2018 Chris was promoted to Operations Manager.

Laetitia Naude
Laetitia NaudeAccount Executive
Hailing from South Africa, Laetitia has over 17 years experience in the insurance sector including insurance broking, customer service,business development, and sales experience.

Laetitia is an important member of our team, with strong product knowledge and administration skills and an excellent customer service orientation.

With qualifications including an Insurance Institute of South Africa Diploma in Short Term Insurance (NQF Level 5), a certificate in Business Studies, she is also Tier 1 Accredited in Australia.

Jessica Tran
Jessica Tran Broking Assistant
Jessica joined Dental Essentials in 2015 and brings an wealth of experience in administration and insurance broking. Jessica previously lived and worked in Canada in an administration role which she held for twenty years.

After emigrating to Australia Jessica moved in to the insurance broking industry and now has a number of years experience as a broking assistant.

Jessica is Tier 1 accredited and has a Diploma for Accounting and Business Administration. She is very customer focused and always endeavours to ensure a positive outcome for our clients.

Shirley Scott
Shirley ScottFinancial Controller
Shirley brings a wealth of expertise in finance, administration and information reporting to Bruce Insurance and the Dental Essentials team. With almost three decades of financial administration experience, including over twenty years in the re-insurance sector in the United Kingdom, Shirley also holds book-keeping qualifications.

She is conscientious and determined and brings a strong systems approach to our organisation.

Kelly Larsen
Kelly LarsenAccount Manager
After managing the Trades Insurance team since its infancy in 2004, Kelly moved to the Bruce Insurance team in 2018.

With over 25 years sales and underwriting experience in specialist insurance areas such as marine, commercial fishing and trades, Kelly brings significant expertise to this important area.

Kelly holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and is a Responsible Officer on our Financial Services Licence.

Denise Holmes
Denise HolmesAccount Manager
(currently on maternity leave)

Originally from Dublin, Denise worked in the insurance broking industry in Ireland for over ten years before coming to Australia.

Initially working as an administration assistant, Denise worked her way up through various positions including personal lines manager.

With qualifications as Certified Insurance Practitioner (Diploma) from the Insurance Institute of Ireland, Denise has also completed her Tier 1 qualifications with the Australian Insurance Institute.

Having joined Bruce Insurance in 2011 and in 2014, Denise was promoted to an Account Manager position with her own portfolio of clients in recognition of her excellent customer service and initiative.

Kelly-Anne Martin
Kelly-Anne MartinAdministration Assistant
With a Bachelor of Psychology degree from James Cook University in Townsville, Kelly-Anne held various counselling roles for the WA Health department, before commencing with Bruce Insurance in 2012 in the Administration and HR Department.

Kelly-Anne is a vital part of our team and is very customer focused.

Sharon Davidge
Sharon DavidgeAccount Executive
Sharon commenced working with Bruce Insurance in June 2016. She has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, including underwriting, broking and claims.

Sharon holds Tier 1 accreditation. Along with high customer service standards, Sharon has a wealth of knowledge and experience in claims.

Elizabeth commenced working with Bruce Insurance at the end of 2016 after more than 5 years in the insurance industry specialising in customer service and sales.

Elizabeth is Tier 1 accredited. She is a very conscientious worker and has a keen eye for attention to detail.

Chloe WattsBroking Assistant
Chloe joined the team at Bruce Insurance in early in 2017. Chloe has 4 years of insurance experience. She is very professional and has a strong customer focus.

Chloe has completed her Certificate IV in Financial Services with hopes of also obtaining a Tier 1 accreditation in the near future.

Nino Volaric
Nino VolaricBroking Assistant
Nino joined the Bruce Insurance team in early 2018 as a trainee. Nino brings with him a strong customer service focus following his retail experience. Being new to the insurance industry he also brings a refreshing willingness to learn and grow.

Nino has completed his Tier 2 and is currently finishing his Grad Certificate in Finance at UWA.

Lindsay is an extremely experienced and professional office administrator working with the Bruce Insurance team in a job share part time capacity.

Having held a number of positions in the UK and Australia as a senior personal assistant and other administration roles across a range of different industries, Lindsay is an energetic and enthusiastic member of our admin team.

Tina Beznec
Tina BeznecAccount Manager
Tina joined the Trades Insurance team mid 2018. With 15 years’ customer service and sales experience (6 of those in the insurance industry), Tina brings a pro-active and “above and beyond” approach to customer service. She values the importance of relationships with clients and insurers alike.

Tina has her Tier 1 qualification and has completed her Certificate III in Financial Services.

With over a decade of experience in the insurance broking industry and experience in various sales roles, Amber joined the Trades Insurance team in 2012, as an Account Executive.

She is a vibrant, customer focused member of our team, with Tier 1 qualification from the National Insurance Brokers Association.

Sabrina Emery
Sabrina EmeryBroking Assistant
With over decade of sales, claims and administration experience in the hospitality, retail and insurance sectors, Sabrina also has four years experience in claims and administration roles with QBE.

Sabrina has been an important part of the Bruce Insurance team since 2010, exhibiting excellent product knowledge, attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.

As well as hospitality qualifications, Sabrina also has Tier I accreditation and a Certificate IV in Financial Services.

Tim Stingers
Tim StingersBroking Assistant
Tim started with the Trade Insurance team in 2016 after having spent most of his working life as a laboratory technician in the mining industry. Tim has recently finished his traineeship and has joined the team as a full-time employee since.

Tim has completed his Certificate IV in Financial Services and is working towards being Tier 1 accredited. He has a great customer focus, and is hard working and efficient.

Erin Larsen
Erin LarsenAssistant
Having joined Bruce Insurance in 2006, Erinwas promoted to Account Manager in 2009. After taking extended maternity leave in 2012, Erin returned to the organisation in a part time assistant role in 2015.

She has a very strong work ethic and is very client orientated with excellent product knowledge and customer service skills. She holds Tier 1 accreditation and Certificate IV in General Insurance.
